Bebe is 6 months old and recently came to live with me from the rescue centre.

Dialogue" is a practice which encourages clear, simple communication of
our own immediate experience.
It's a frame which can be helpful to bring us more present, and make us
feel less isolated, more connected, to ourselves and to others - the effect of
which is often a sense of deep relief. It is a way in which thoughts,
feelings and emotions can be expressed and shared safely - and projections into
the future and associations with the past become less believable or
interesting. Typically when
doing Heart Dialogue you sit opposite a partner, holding gentle eye contact,
and speak about your direct experience of each moment, in the present tense,
"from the heart", simply and succinctly, taking turns to speak. This workshop will be suitable for
beginners and for people who already know Heart Dialogue. I will take
time to introduce the basics step by step.

room? I have to move out of my house in a week (by 12th October), but still
haven’t found a place yet. I’m looking for something near the north
London area, to share with people who enjoy dancing & music, within the budget

have been dancing at Tufnel Park on and off for 5 years. I'm a (Sesame)
dramatherapist and will be running a 2 day dramatherapy workshop in
London on the 27th/28th August. The focus will be working with loss &
bereavement. We will be working with the story of Orpheus; holding a
bereavement ritual; and, working with movement and spontaneity through dramatic
improvisation.This is a participatory workshop for adults, but no
experience of drama or dramatherapy is required. The focus is not on
performance, but more on authentic response to image and feeling. It is

Camino de Santiago
I’m setting off on the 500
mile pilgrimage from southern France to Santiago de Compostela in North West
Spain on 21st March. This will be a great adventure and a spiritual journey for
me but I’m also taking the opportunity to raise funds for
Parkinson’s as I go. My 84-year old father suffers from this disease and
is now in a care home. I intend to use the energy of the Five Rhythms along the
Way. Sue is going to include some ‘Camino’ music in her session on
Tuesday 15th March so come along and support me any way you can as you dance to

This workshop is based on family constellations work, and Gabrielle Roth's 5
Rhythms movement practice. It offers you a unique opportunity for healing
through movement of body and soul, and to look at your issues in the context of

Dancers, Do any of you have or know of a good room to rent in a friendly
flatshare in South East London? Are you looking for a
flat and would like a sympathetic flatmate to share with? I'm a laid back,
friendly, usually quiet and tidy academic (researcher in ancient/medieval
history). I'm a regular dancer with Christian in Vauxhall, and a vegetarian (I
would say vegan if it weren't for some occasional goats cheese!), into yoga,
meditation and tantra. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker. I'd be particularly
interested in sharing a flat with dancers who share some if not all these
interests and characteristics. I have two children (3 and 6) who go to school
in Honor Oak Park and who spend a few days a week with me. For this reason, I
need to find a flat within a few miles of that area (i.e. Brockley, Crofton
Park, Sydenham, Forest Hill, Cat Ford etc.). Flats with pets would be a bonus
too. I haven't got any pets myself, but I love cats! I'm flexible about when I

just about to start a part-time MA in Art Psychotherapy working with children
and I need to set up weekly 1 hour parent-infant observation as part of my
course. I will be observing interaction between mother and baby starting
October/November and need to start with a baby 0-4 weeks old if possible.
The observation is all about observing the bond and relationship between mother
and baby and is non-intrusive and non-judgmental. I'm based in N2, East

Kitten 'Domino' for a loving and caring home
Domino is a beloved and very special kitten whom is looking for a good loving
and caring home and family for him. Ideally a home where he can go outside to
play and hunt, and if he had some feline friends to play (and fight with) that
would be nice although not a necessity.
His name Domino comes from his black and white markings. He is also
named in honour of his feline grandmother’s predecessor cat at her home
called Domino whom was also black and white. Domino is playful, loves exploring
and playing, and is good fighter with his sibling and makes up with them. He is
litter trained (almost I think) and is very well behaved and good

I wanted to tell you about a shop my friend Liz has just brought back to life.
It used to be her Fathers pharmacy in the 70's. Its called Bermonsey
Fayre and its a beautiful shop selling handmade clothes (great stuff to dance
in), art, chutneys etc. All made with love by local artists and artisans.
I work there part time and would love you to pop in and support an warm and
friendly 'independant shop'.
The address is 212 Bermondsey Street, SE1. Its a great street with lots
of independent shops, cafes and a beautiful church called Mary Magdalene

Hi, We are a fun / creative bunch living in an amazing big 3 storey house
(wooden floors). We are 5, aged 27 - 37 working and studying in theatre,
movement, cultural studies etc. (South African, Mexican, French, Spanish,
Polish). The house is big with a bathroom/ toilet upstairs and shower and
separate toilet down stairs. The house is 2 min off the high street
- so very convenient for shopping. We are a block away from the park and
5 min to the swimming pool. Its 10 min walk to Catford and Catford bridge
station (and then 15 to London Bridge station). 10 Min by bus to Lewisham
for DLR, 15 to Greenwich and New Cross - Goldsmiths Uni. The room
is quiet and at the back of the house with double glass doors opening up
to the backyard. It is being renovated and fitted with new furniture at
the moment. Price includes council tax but exclude bills (ave £30
p/month). 1 Month deposit required in advance. We are looking for the
right person to join us and share in our experience.

Looking
