Following three sold out Discovery workshops, Sue Rickards is offering a final opportunity to join an 8-week Discovery adventure this October

DESCRIPTION:

An adventure over 8 weeks.  We’ll be dancing and enquiring and listening to ourselves, simply and deeply.  This is designed to be a spacious time together, noticing where the treasure might be.

It's not therapy.  Though we may discover rich gems to take to therapy.  It's not about fixing anything, though spontaneous fixing may occur.

We set off each week, not to get anywhere, but to arrive again and again in the preciousness of where we are and then see how we meet and welcome ourselves, whatever we discover.

It's a dancing, resting, noticing adventure on the wide ocean in a good ship.

Curiosity will be our compass.
